Refund policy

Please email info@skullsandbutterflies.com and request a return within 7 days from the date of receiving your order. Make sure that the products are unused with the original tag(s) still attached.

If the item is faulty we will endeavour to replace this item where possible or alternatively refund.

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Items must be unaltered, unused and in full saleable condition. Items must be in their original packaging/box/cover and with all brand and product labels/tags/instructions still attached. Swimwear must have the original hygiene liner attached. Beauty items, grooming items, underwear and earrings cannot be returned.

The return must be accompanied by the original order confirmation.

Please note : We reserve the right to refuse any returns which don't meet the necessary requirements. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable.

KSA - The return of items from KSA will be at the customers expense. We can arrange collection but AED70 will be taken from the refund amount.

Cancellations - As we offer a next day delivery service we would need to know about cancellation on the day the product is ordered.  Please allow up to 30 days for refunds to be complete due to the time it may take at the bank.
